This simple survey seeks to learn business partners’ ideas of what an ideal partnership would look like with their suppliers. Procurement should focus on supplier behaviors within specific aspects of supplier partnerships. Consider using the 4 components we have identified as most important to the business-supplier relationship. However, feel free to add components that may be unique to your organization. Please note that components should be indicative of the type of relationship rather than specific metrics or KPIs.
