In an ideal world, the business and suppliers have a shared vision for the goals of their partnership and the steps they’ll take to get there. Unfortunately, it’s all too common for their two visions to be highly divergent. Therefore, Procurement must find a way to bridge the gap between business and supplier visions and create one “ideal” model for the partnership that matches their mutual expectations.
