Summary
This summary contains input from sixteen members on end-to-end risk management. We begin this summary by examining how many members have established, or are considering to establish, a chief risk officer (CRO) role within their organizations, review members' enterprise risk management organizations, and identify the reporting lines and risk functions of a consolidated enterprise risk framework. We then explore members' challenges in managing the operational risk of a distributed enterprise risk management function, and identify the frequency of discussions about enterprise risk at members' board meetings. We close this summary by reviewing members' approaches to ownership and administration of risk-related policies, and to regulatory compliance within their organizations.
