This summary contains input from twenty members regarding their perspectives and practices for hiring senior talent to lead and execute large-scale projects, including digital transformation. We begin this summary with an overview of members' preferences for hiring internal and external talent, and examine the approaches members use to promote their companies. We then discuss members' views on the factors that make their organizations attractive to external talent. We also study the measures members have taken to strengthen diversity in the workplace. We close by highlighting the steps members have taken to retain senior talent.
