This summary contains input from twenty-four members regarding how they have approached the transition from a traditional project management model to a product-centric model for software delivery. We begin this summary with an overview of members' adoption of product-centric models in their organizations and study their drivers and goals. We then discuss members' approaches and the additional roles created during the transition. We also examine the subsequent changes required in funding, guidelines for vendors, and practices to ensure productivity. We close by identifying members' critical success factors and best practices during their transition to product-centric models.
