With increasing customer demands comes the business imperative to keep the commitments that are made. Dell’s journey to creating and improving upon a perfect order index is cemented on keeping these commitments. The journey was built upon a culture of precision, the development of capabilities and a partnership focus, that when combined, allowed them to maintain a customer-first perspective. This presentation discusses Dell’s journey, and includes key learnings and insight into their planned path forward.
