Summary

This summary contains input from twenty-two members regarding their experiences with emerging technologies. The emerging technology trends studied in this request included autonomous things, augmented analytics, AI-driven development, digital twins, empowered edge, immersive experience, blockchain, smart spaces, digital ethics and privacy; and quantum computing. This summary examines members’ stages of adoption for each of these technology trends. We also explore whether the members that are leveraging these technologies are doing so for mission critical operations, or for business unit or other experimental capabilities. We further identify which of these technologies members think will be in production within the next twelve months, and within the next 13 to 36 months.
