Many supply chains are limited by the speed of the information flows within them — decisions are either time-lagged to allow for the right information to arrive or are made quickly but without proper context. For Microsoft’s Devices Supply Chain, a renewed focus on real-time, end-to-end supply chain visibility has upended this traditional tradeoff. In this webinar, Dave Warrick explains how the company has invested in a platform where any shipment can be tracked and rerouted in real time, and where such decisions will soon be automated using AI. He also describes how Microsoft is using AI and RPA to improve the customer experience.
