This summary contains input from twenty-six members regarding their approaches to developing IT leaders. We begin this summary with an overview of members' approaches to training and developing IT leaders. Next, we study members' IT leadership programs, including the duration, scope, design elements, and capabilities addressed in these programs. We then discuss the significance of members' IT leadership programs and analyze any strategies, capabilities, or tools included for leading digital organizations. We close this summary by reviewing how members are facilitating and executing IT leadership development programs and measuring the success of such programs.
