Summary
Sales and operations planning (S&OP), in the 30-plus years it has been in existence, has become ubiquitous for the management of physical supply chains. In a mature S&OP environment (Stage 3-plus in Gartner’s S&OP maturity model), ownership of the process lies with business leaders that have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, instead of being entirely led and run by the supply chain. In this webinar, Donald Dugan from GE Appliances talks about the journey to transform the S&OP process to match long-term ambitions.
