Transforming the company into a digital business is at the core of British American Tobacco’s supply chain strategy. The opportunity to leverage emerging technology prompted BAT to create an integrated digital supply chain roadmap, which it laid out in early 2018 using the Matrix framework. In this webinar, our speakers describe their planned digital supply chain roadmap as driving end-to-end supply chain collaboration, based on real-time planning, interactive S&OP, predictive analytics and end-to-end performance visibility. They discuss how the Matrix framework helped them identify current gaps in their supply chain and then plan for the desired future state.
