This research survey summary contains input from 30 members regarding the extent to which they aspire to become more like technology companies in their operational and – perhaps – their business models. In the summary, members evaluate a handful of characteristics that are emblematic of technology companies and rate their own proficiency in these areas, as well as the importance of these characteristics to their organizational goals.
