This summary provides the results of a survey we circulated to investigate the relationships between an organization's bias for "commercial off-the-shelf" (COTS) versus custom coded software and how this impacts CI/CD pipelines. We learned about the distribution of applications within members' portfolios, the implications of coding bias, the effect of product-centricity on metrics of higher performance, and the impact of standardizing on a coding platform.
