CSOs leveraging a mix of direct and indirect sales channels must prepare for the inevitable conflicts that frustrate and confuse sellers, partners and buyers. Establishing rules of engagement, along with an omnichannel culture, not only reduces conflict but helps CSOs expedite resolution.
