This presentation provides life science CIOs with COVID-19-related rapid response advice. It goes into the high-level disruptions that will impact business functions (such as, R&D, supply chain and commercial), and outlines several necessary emergency steps.
This is a rapid response plan for lIfe science CIO actions to deal with the disruptions of COVID-19. This presentation contains high-level guidance, and offers areas to drill down into details where both the business and IT operations will be affected. COVID-19 will disrupt certain functions in the life science industry in different ways, more so than in other industries. The areas disrupted include R&D, supply chain, manufacturing and commercial (sales and marketing) operations. In this presentation, we outline some of those disruptions, predict areas that will need attention and offer advice for dealing with those disruptions with urgency.
