In the wake of the COVID-19-related downturn, the printer forecast was lowered. Printer end-user spending will decline 10.2% in 2020 and at a five-year CAGR of -3.3%, reflecting an ongoing secular decline. We believe the sense of urgency for industry consolidation could increase.
