The worldwide enterprise IT spending across all industry markets will decline by 3.6% in constant U.S. dollars during 2020 rebounding to 4.3% growth in 2021. The five-year CAGR (for the period 2019-2024) will be the highest for education, healthcare and insurance driven by technologies that support digital workplace and mobility of staff.
