About This Research
We surveyed over 3,000 knowledge workers across a wide range of industries, functions, geographies and current work statuses to understand their preferences and challenges relating to current and future work design. We also interviewed HR leaders at more than 65 organizations and surveyed over 75 HR executives to determine how organizations are adapting their work design.
