The key to a successful analyst relations (AR) program is having clear goals, a defined strategy and supporting tactics that are aligned with the company’s goals.
The AR discipline is often misunderstood when AR does not educate or communicate clear expectations with stakeholders. Strong communication with stakeholders from the beginning sets the program up for success. AR leaders who deviate from the AR defined plan and processes without communicating why will lose credibility with stakeholders and diminish the value of the program.
