Seventy-four percent of employees say they are required to work on-site at least one day per week. Just 13% say they are never required to come into the office.
Most employees currently have a hybrid work arrangement and prefer to work remotely at least some of the time. Two-thirds prefer to work on-site at least one day per week. About a third of employees would prefer to work remotely full-time, but only about a fifth currently do so.
