The pandemic has accelerated borderless hiring. Adoption rates around the globe have significantly increased, with 31% reporting adoption during the past three years, compared with 25% reporting adoption more than three years ago.
With the digitization race and resulting skills scarcity, most of the leaders (85%) involved in technical talent hiring who are active in IT talent hiring are looking for borderless workforces, and 58% of companies now have one. An additional 27% report that they intend to hire one.
