  • デジタル庁をはじめとする官主導の構想や戦略が実現した場合に、自社に与える影響を推定する。その構想や戦略の策定・実現に協力すれば自社が利益を得られる可能性がないか、社内の関係者と協議する

  • 独占的かつ閉鎖的にビジネスを進めるのではなく、利他的な発想から広範囲の利益を意識して社内外との連携を深め、共有や共助によってビジネスの機会や収益の拡大を目指す
