Microsoft 365のサービスごとに自社における継続稼働要件を精査して、必要な場合には代替ソリューションの適用可否を整理・判断する。ただし、クラウドの可用性と信頼性の程度を、過去のサービス停止やSLAなどを勘案して検討し、結論については経営層の理解と承認を得る。
Microsoft 365の障害時にさまざまな方法で稼働や障害の状況を把握・確認できるよう準備をしておく。ユーザー向けのガイドを作成して周知する。
