Nearly all organizations (96%) now offer some form of remote or hybrid working environment to at least a portion of their employees.
The most prevalent remote work guidelines include granting employees the flexibility to choose where they work from and what hours they work.
A narrow majority of organizations (56%) offer separate sick and vacation days as part of their paid time off (PTO) packages. Among these organizations, two-thirds offer between 15 and 24 days of vacation, and three-quarters offer between five and 14 sick days per year.
