Forty-three percent of CIOs know they need to improve their business acumen but don’t know where to start. The enterprise business model is an excellent framework for learning.
“See one, do one, teach one” is a widely accepted method for learning in adults. Learning lasts more dependably when knowledge gained is applied immediately.
As with all new learning endeavors, time can be wasted on approaches that don’t have as much value as others. Knowing what to not spend time on is just as valuable as where to spend one’s time.
