Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the market leader in cloud infrastructure and platform services. As such, AWS attracts thousands of partners, making it difficult to stand out with a unique position in the market.
Overall satisfaction with the AWS partner program was down 7% in this year’s survey over last year’s. AWS partners again cited lead sharing as the most important program benefit, but certifications and validations replaced resell and distribution revenue programs as the second most important.
