Supply chain leaders fail to communicate the business rationale behind change initiatives and the desired outcomes. The resulting lack of awareness and understanding prevents employees from supporting change.
Throughout the change journey, information may be delivered by many people, to many audiences and in many different environments, generating confusion, anxiety, rumors, fatigue and, ultimately, distrust among stakeholders.
