It outlines various approaches, tools, and resources used to develop and execute cybersecurity awareness assessments at members’ organizations.
What types of resources and methods are used to measure cybersecurity awareness and readiness?
On average, 3.4 full-time equivalents (FTE) employees are responsible for information security training and awareness programs at 19 respondents’ organizations.
The key methods that respondents use to measure cybersecurity awareness and readiness among their employees are conducting phishing assessments (18 of 19, or 95%) and ensuring training compliance (17 respondents, or 89%).
At least three (of 9) respondents use internal resources to conduct their survey processes, that is, to develop and execute surveys as well as analyze survey results.
