What are members’ best practices and key lessons learned from their technology bifurcation journey?
Less than half the respondents’ organizations (6 of 15) have bifurcated parts of their technology stack for geopolitical or other reasons.
Of these six respondents, two each attribute the primary reasons for technology bifurcation to the unavailability of third-party technology providers due to geopolitical issues and compliance with the legal requirements.
For nearly all respondents (5 of 6), the best practices for undertaking technology bifurcation are having well-defined goals and closely aligning with the business partners.
