It describes members’ use of frameworks to assess the application stack resiliency and highlights the metrics and tools they rely on for IT stability and resiliency.
What strategies are members using to manage IT stability and resiliency? What metrics do they rely on?
Most respondents (11 of 14) use a framework to assess the resiliency of their application stack.
Three (of 11) respondents engage with a third party to create and implement the resiliency framework.
Slightly more than a third of the respondents (4 of 11) maintain dedicated resources to govern and execute the framework.
For nearly three-fourths of the respondents (10 of 14), mean time to recover is the most significant metric to track IT stability and resiliency.
