This Consult the Board survey summary features inputs from 12 Data and Analytics Research Board members regarding their strategies to communicate the D&A value to stakeholders. The summary describes various aspects of members’ D&A value reporting, such as the frequency of reporting to various stakeholders, methods to convey the non-quantifiable value, and frameworks that communicate the value.
To which all stakeholders and how often do the members report D&A value?
Most respondents (9 each of 11) report their D&A value to the CIO, CEO, and CFO of their organizations.
To report to the above three stakeholders, five respondents each (of 9) follow a quarterly frequency.
The common key performance indicators (KPIs) that respondents use to measure D&A value are revenue generation and cost reduction or savings (7 respondents each of 11).
