What are the most impactful initiatives members are implementing as part of their DEI programs?
Just over half of respondents (53%, or 18 of 34) rate their DEI programs at the “Defined” maturity level where a formal program has been established, with an identified leader and clear commitment for the program from senior management and other key stakeholders.
