M&A integration efforts can include more than 10 functional areas. If not coordinated, planning efforts are siloed, and interdependencies are not identified and reconciled.
Fifty percent of all acquisitions require heaving integration. The more complex a transaction is, the more it requires coordinated, cross-functional integration planning to ensure synergies are realized.
