The rapid deployment of Asia/Pacific contact centers has moderated, but it persists as interest rises in hosted solutions. The ratio of contact-center-to-PBX lines in North America is more than 6 percent but is less than 1 percent in Asia/Pacific (excluding China), indicating market opportunities.
