Analyst(s): Janelle Hill , David McCoy

Summary

Open-source technology in business process management suites is weak, and Gartner expects little change through 2010. Nevertheless, users should experiment with open-source business process management technology as a low-cost approach to accelerate learning and refine their requirements for a BPMS.
