As part of the Logistics and Fulfillment research team in Gartner's Supply Chain Practice, Ananthalakshmi V Iyer works with functional leaders and their teams to conduct in-depth research of their pressing challenges, surfacing evidenced best practices and practical tools practitioners can put to their own use. Ananthalakshmi has researched on topics such as cost optimization and supply chain performance for logistics.
Ananthalakshmi joined Gartner in February 2023. Prior to joining Gartner, Ananthalakshmi worked in a Supply Chain Optimization company where she focused on testing various machine learning algorithms to accurately predict sales.
