Prior to this, she was vice president and service director for GartnerMeasurement's Applications Development & Support Management service, and she spent four years as a member of that service's team. In this position, Ms. Laffaye led analyses for clients in the evaluation of their applications operations. In previous positions within GartnerMeasurement, she gained valuable experience as the DART product manager, which provides her with a solid foundation for her current role in the applications arena. Prior to joining GartnerMeasurement, Ms. Laffaye was an operational service representative with Dataline, a provider of turnkey systems for the lumber and home center industry.
