Carol Rozwell is a Distinguished VP Analyst on Gartner's Digital Workplace team. Ms. Rozwell works with clients to help them develop digital workplace strategy with a focus on organizational change. She explores how the work environment itself is evolving and its impact on the employee experience. Her coverage includes integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) vendors. She also assists IT leaders who want to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. She is the author of multiple Maverick research reports, the most recent are: "Maverick* Research: How the MeToo Movement Hurts Gender Diversity" and "Maverick* Research: The End of Office Space."
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Rozwell worked at Premenos, where her marketing and business development efforts significantly contributed to its expansion from a private to a public company. Before that, she worked at Digital Equipment on customer and supplier e-commerce programs, where she developed her common-sense approach to business-to-business communication.
