Mr. Colbert conducts client inquiries, develops topics for Supply Chain research and advisory, introduces how to become a USG (DoD), conducts proof of concept calls, and writes and publishes A&D supply chain research. He served as a research and management consultant for a military contracted organization offering Military Engine (ME) products at Pratt & Whitney, a United Technologies Company.
He directed the development of new business processes across all programs, identified opportunities and risks, and calculated performance ranges such as sales, fill rates, inventory, depot achievements, repair turnaround times, overdue materials, factory work stops, staffing levels and critical parts counts to ensure that all objectives are met. He analyzed programs, forecast value streams and report findings to executives to aid in business decisions. He also collaborate with Program Directors, Supply Chain and Materials Managers, and Weapon Systems Sustainment and Repair Operations teams on numerous ME initiatives.
Prior to Pratt & Whitney, he was a Earned Value Manager/Logistics Engineer at Raytheon IDS for Patriot Missile Production Programs, BAE Systems Electronic Systems (ES) Sector as Supply Chain Manager and Operations Program Manager as well as Boeing Defense as BD, Capture and Proposal Manager for Naval Aircraft Programs. Prior to January 2013, he was a career U.S. Navy Supply Corps Officer specializing in Operations Research, DLA Bulk Petroleum, Contracting and Risk Management and Joint Logistics Officer in various sea and shore tours of duty in EUCOM, CENTCOM, PACOM as well as the Defense Logistics Agency and DoD Inspector General in the Military District of Washington (DC) from December 1992 to December 2012.
