Claire Tassin is passionate about helping companies better understand their customers. Ms. Tassin serves marketing leaders, helping them uncover insights about customer buying behavior in order to overcome challenges to business growth. She specializes in the retail and digital commerce, as well as the Millennial generation.
Prior to directly advising clients, Ms. Tassin worked as a research analyst with the CEB, now Gartner, Marketing to Small Business Leadership Council. As an analyst, she led focus groups, designed quantitative surveys and wrote research on a variety of topics including business owner purchase drivers, effective social media marketing and small business customer retention, to name a few.
