Ms. Tassin worked as a research analyst with the CEB, now Gartner, Marketing to Small Business Leadership Council. As an analyst, she led focus groups, designed quantitative surveys and wrote research on a variety of topics including business owner purchase drivers, effective social media marketing and small business customer retention, to name a few.
