Courtney Rogerson's primary research focus is on the planning and creation of supply chain outsourcing master service agreements (MSAs) and service level agreements (SLA), with a specialization on 3PL providers and commercial models. Ms. Rogerson also covers the small parcel market and can offer best practices in contract negotiations and minimizing parcel spend.
In her previous role, Ms. Rogerson covered a wide range of logistics functions for a multinational healthcare IT company. Her role supported many key supply chain initiatives, such as cost reduction, supplier segmentation, continuous improvement and relationship management.
She also spearheaded an export compliance program and researched solutions to trade barriers in the healthcare IT space.
