David Coyle is a Practice Vice President in Gartner Research, responsible for leading the ITL Infrastructure & Operations Infrastructure II team. Team coverage includes IT Infrastructure Design (including servers, storage, and compute), I&O Automation and Orchestration, and I&O talent, people skills, and organizational culture.
Mr. Coyle has wide expertise in IT service management, IT operations management (especially the IT service desk), DevOps, and ITIL best practices. He can speak specifically on the following:
