Dean Lacheca is a Research Director in Gartner's CIO research and advisory group. Within that group, he is part of a global team focused on supporting public sector CIOs and technology leaders. Previous experience
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Lacheca worked in the public sector space for more than 20 years including 11 years at the government owned worker's compensation insurer in Queensland, Australia. As Head of Digital Service, he was responsible for their digital transformation including the establishment and execution of their digital strategy. During his tenure, he was focused on legacy modernization, establishing Agile, UX/CX design practices and the adoption of a bimodal approach to solution delivery.
