Diane Berry is a Research Vice President in Gartner's Leadership, Culture and People team. Ms. Berry works with clients to address the multitude of IT workforce management issues. Her expertise focuses on how to enhance the performance of the IT organization through the effective recruitment, retention, leadership, management and development of the workforce.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Berry was with The Hay Group, where she held a consultative position within its Information Technology Effectiveness practice. In this role, she provided expertise in the areas of total reward strategy, organizational development, culture and competency model definition.
