He has spoken at many high-profile events in more than 80 countries and has led in-house, board-level workshops.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Free was the director of project services at a global financial services technology company. His experience also includes developing business strategies and information technology solutions as well as leading Fortune 500 companies to the banking market.
