Eleni Lee is a Senior Principal Advisor partnering with Marketing Executives and their teams within EMEA at the world's largest organizations. Ms. Lee works closely with marketing teams to help them focus efforts and address recurring and emerging business challenges in areas such as content marketing, digital proficiency and strategy. This involves in-depth conversations and workshops with marketing leaders to support them in solving complex day-to-day and long-term strategic projects by sharing best practice insights and implementation support.

She has experience supporting marketers across multiple industries including IT, healthcare, oil & gas, financial services, retail, insurance and chemicals. Her key areas of expertise also include strategic planning & measurement, customer journey mapping, value proposition development, marketing & sales alignment, demand generation, and marketing communications.

Previous experience

Prior to this role, Ms. Lee worked on the commercial side of the business, maintaining and building relationships with Key Accounts Partners in the HR space. She worked closely with C-level clients and their teams to diagnose ongoing and changing priorities and align relevant resources to their needs. Before joining CEB, she worked as a Market Analyst for a tech startup company within the Venture Capital portfolio for cleantech businesses, tracking daily investments and offering recommendations and supporting the publication of a quarterly index.
