Elizabeth Barrett is a Research Leader managing research for the Communications Leadership Council. Her areas of expertise include change communication, aligning employees with company strategy, and effective messaging development and management. Her current work focuses on managing corporate culture in times of transformation.
Since joining CEB in 2004, Ms. Barrett has held several research roles in the Communications and Market Insights Leadership Councils.
