Emmett Fitzpatrick applies Gartner Marketing and Communications best practice and research insights to advise leaders on their mission-critical priorities. Mr. Fitzpatrick's areas of expertise include employee communications topics such as change communications, executive and manager communications, aligning employees with company strategy, and crisis communications. He works with communications executives from a wide variety of industries across the world.
In his role as Senior Associate Director of Donor Engagement at the University of Chicago, Mr. Fitzpatrick directed communications strategy in support of the University's $4.5 billion capital campaign. Prior to joining the University of Chicago, he led communications for The First Tee of Greater Chicago, a youth development organization, and served on the staff of Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign.
