Eric Rocco is a Group Vice President leading the Industries Research Organization. This includes Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Education, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Advanced Manufacturing & Transportation, Energy & Utilities, and the Communications teams. Day to day, he manages the business, operations, client interactions and research quality of these Practices.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Rocco performed service market research at IBM's National Service Division, where his responsibilities included primary and secondary competitive research in the service and support market. Before that, he was a parts logistics coordinator at IBM.
