Federica Troni is a Sr. Director Analyst with the Midsize Enterprise group, where her research focuses on the advantages and hurdles of midsize enterprises as they begin their digital business journey.
Ms. Troni also advises midsize enterprises on endpoint computing strategies in support of digital workplace initiatives, endpoint cost optimization, endpoint technologies choices, procurement, and managed workplace services selection.
Prior to this, Ms. Troni was a Research Director focused on end-user computing, including strategic roadmap planning, total cost of ownership (TCO), architectural choices, PC procurement and end-user computing services. She advises clients on how to best match users' requirements with the expanding range of computing form factors, including personal computers, information appliances, mobile devices and emerging platforms. Ms. Troni contributes to the development of the Gartner mobile and endpoint computing TCO model.
Within Datapro, Ms. Troni researched the European PC market through constant contacts with vendors and distributors, and she maintained a large database of PC products, specifications and prices.
